- Â The tunnel spans 22.13 kilometers and is situated in the Tianshan Mountains at an elevation of 3,000 feet above sea level.
- Â It reduces a three-hour journey to just 20 minutes, offering substantial convenience to commuters.
- Â This tunnel enhances travel between Northern and Southern Xinjiang and strengthens links to Eurasian countries within the Silk Road Economic Belt.
