- The initiative features an integrated emergency helpline system that includes:
- Women and Child Helpline (181)
- Child Helpline (1098) – operational 24/7 for immediate assistance.
- In cases of urgency, calls will be transferred directly to the Emergency Response Support System (ERSS-112) for swift intervention.

Reserve Bank of India Grants One-Year Extension to IndusInd Bank CEO Sumant Kathpalia
- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approved only a one-year extension for Sumant Kathpalia, the Managing Director (MD) & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IndusInd Bank.
- This decision came despite the IndusInd Bank Board’s proposal for a three-year extension.
- This marks the second consecutive time that the RBI has sanctioned a shorter tenure instead of a full three-year term.
- As per an official exchange notification, Kathpalia’s reappointment will now be effective from March 24, 2025, to March 23, 2026.

Ministry of Defence Signs $248 Million Contract for T-72 Tank Engines
- The Ministry of Defence (MoD) finalized a $248 million agreement with Rosoboronexport (RoE), Russian Federation.
- The contract involves the procurement of 1000 HP engines for T-72 tanks.
- These engines will be delivered in three different formats:
- Fully Formed (FF)
- Completely Knocked Down (CKD)
- Semi Knocked Down (SKD)

IndiGo Ranks as the World’s Second Fastest-Growing Airline in 2024
- IndiGo Airlines secured the second position globally in terms of growth in seat capacity.
- The airline recorded a 1% year-on-year (YoY) increase, reaching a total seat capacity of 134.9 million seats in 2024.
- Qatar Airways claimed the top spot with an impressive 10.4% YoY growth in seat capacity.
